From an organizational perspective, Unitree completing registration in 104 days indicates high efficiency in capital operations and compliance configuration. But whether their organizational capability can sustain a 42.2 billion valuation after listing depends on if talent density can keep up with revenue growth, especially the team depth in model R&D.

How exactly do bipedal humanoids land in warehouse scenarios? Unitree hasn't mentioned this much before. Upper-limb grasping combined with wheeled chassis solutions actually looks much better than bipedal setups regarding failure rates and deployment costs.

Approval in 104 days is indeed fast. Unitree has essentially set the industry valuation anchor with this move. Spending 4.2 billion on model R&D is the right direction; the hardware barrier isn't as high as imagined, but the 'brain' is key to future competition. Curious how they'll maintain this growth rate after listing, since humanoid robots haven't really hit mass production yet.
