I've been looking at this Maimai report recently. Large model algorithms rank first in hot hiring, but in the requirements, the weight of "experience with AI technologies and frameworks" is higher than educational background. Curious, when you hire, do you have hard thresholds for open-source projects or GitHub commit counts?

There's also more and more AI in our bioinformatics pipelines. With sequencing data volumes getting huge, traditional algorithms can't keep up, so running models distributedly is a must. But just knowing how to tune parameters isn't enough; you need to understand the biological background too.

It's common knowledge that AI job growth is fast, but AI talent who can actually implement solutions in retail scenarios remains scarce. Just knowing algorithms isn't enough; you also need to understand the actual pain points of store layout and inventory turnover.

AI jobs are skyrocketing nearly 50%; hard-tech companies are definitely aggressive in hiring. But we hardware folks need to understand some AI too, otherwise control algorithms won't run. Beijing has the highest penetration here, and Hangzhou overtaking Shenzhen is interesting.
