Summary

During the week of June 27 to July 3, 2026, the domestic AI application sector saw several important updates:

Baidu: The ERNIE Bot app launched "Deep Reading" and "Chart Generation" capabilities. Users can upload industry reports exceeding 100 pages, and the AI can extract core arguments and generate structured mind maps within seconds. It also supports generating visual tables and bar charts via natural language instructions.

Tencent: WeCom introduced an AI agent named "Da Yuan," built on the DeepSeek large model. Users can invoke it by simply swiping left on any screen within WeCom; it intelligently identifies the current page and automatically understands requests to provide responses. This marks the first time Tencent has integrated a third-party large model into its core enterprise collaboration product.

Kuaishou: Kling AI completed a $3 billion external capital increase, launching its independent commercialization journey.

Integrating DeepSeek into WeCom is a compliance wind vane. The boundaries of data processing for third-party LLMs in enterprise scenarios need clarification, and Personal Information Protection Impact Assessments under PIPL probably can't be avoided.

Insightful. The competitive barriers section aligns with my previous research conclusions, but from a different angle. Learned a lot.

I've been tracking this track for half a year. The changes in technical routes have indeed been significant; it's worth continuous attention.

Great article, saved it. However, I think the business model aspect could be discussed in more depth. Looking forward to future posts.

Baidu's Deep Reading plus Chart Generation really hits a pain point; generating mind maps from hundred-page reports in seconds is super practical. It's interesting that Tencent WeCom chose DeepSeek instead of their own Hunyuan model—it seems third-party models have significant opportunities in enterprise collaboration. Kuaishou's Kling going independent with a $3 billion valuation shows how fast valuations are rising in the AI video track.
