Core Idea: Break animations down into "reusable assets" rather than one-off works. In the video, the blogger breaks a "unlucky workday" story into three layers of assets: character turnaround sheets, scenes, and shot designs. First, create a finished version with a girl character, then swap in an identical rabbit character without changing anything else. The entire story structure, shots, and scenes are reused, allowing a new version to be "remade" in just over ten seconds.

The logic here is just like long-tail scenarios in autonomous driving: looks great on paper, but can the reuse rate exceed 50% in actual deployment?

No matter how flashy the animation is, it has to pass ISO 26262. Don't let aesthetics cause drivers to take their eyes off the road for more than two seconds.
