Lights Redefined: AITO M9's 'Cutout' Headlights Rewrite Smart Car Interaction Logic
Late at night, in the underground parking lot of Shenzhen Science Park, an AITO M9 slowly drove out. Sensing a pedestrian ahead, the headlights didn't mechanically switch between high and low beams like traditional vehicles; instead, they instantly "cut out" the human silhouette while keeping the rest of the area brightly lit. Even more surprising was when the car stopped before a crosswalk, the headlights projected a dynamic "yield to pedestrians" guide line onto the ground, with light spots automatically avoiding the pedestrian's feet—this isn't a sci-fi movie, but technology currently in mass production by HIMA.
