Xiaomi Auto: Pengcheng Series to Launch 5- and 7-Seater Mid/Large SUVs

Building cars and warehouse robots are essentially the same thing: cramming a complex physical system into a limited space and making it run stably, reliably, and cheaply. I've seen too many robots running faster than Usain Bolt in the lab, only to get stuck between shelf gaps once they enter the warehouse—because real-world friction, lighting, and floor flatness differ vastly from simulation environments. Xiaomi Pengcheng series launching both five-seat and seven-seat versions simultaneously, as mid-large and large SUVs, makes me think of that old saying in the startup world: product definition determines life or death, execution determines how long you survive.
