These days, LLM releases are faster than phone delays. The original plan was to launch 2.2 in August, but it got pushed back. My first thought was that even ByteDance couldn't keep up with the hype cycle. But thinking about it more carefully, this might actually be a good thing.

Brothers, the goods are piled up at the door and can't wait. Dilly-dallying burns money. As long as it runs, ship it—every minute late means real cash lost.

Same here. When I use Claude for batch research reports, what scares me most is it going rogue mid-process and calling tools randomly. A half-baked Agent is definitely worse than releasing later, after all, one permission mishap drives enterprise users away more than poor benchmark scores.
