WorkBuddy messed up my report merging—did I write the command wrong?

Seeing tons of "installation/deployment" posts in the forum reminded me that WorkBuddy has some deployment issues too. I've been using it for three weeks. It's pretty handy for organizing site acceptance forms and summary tables, but yesterday I tried to get it to merge three identical weekly report tables into one master table, and the result was completely off.
