Saw a 2026 PDF translation tool recommendation and want to ask about WorkBuddy again

Just saw a post recommending PDF translation tools for 2026, listing DeepL, Google Translate, Smartling, etc. I check these rankings every month, and they always come down to accuracy, format fidelity, and support for minor languages. The more I read, the more I feel nobody cares about the real issue: when files land on my desk, they're rarely clean, neat PDFs.
