Saw that AI HR automation guide this afternoon. The intro was spot on—form collection, automated notifications, FAQ knowledge base, then talking about system integration in phases two and three. But I laughed when I saw the tool suggestions: Google Forms plus Zapier hooked up to a LINE Bot? That's for companies with IT support. My reality is that I have to chase people down just to get new hires' medical reports.
