AI agents' spending capabilities outpace their earning abilities
This project is interesting, but the real intrigue might not lie in what it's trying to sell. The Void Tools API essentially gives AI agents a wallet, charging per use with VOID tokens—checking one contract's security costs 1 VOID. I ran it over the weekend in my lab; technically there's no barrier to entry. What's worth debating is the assumption behind it: do agents really have the standing to act as economic entities?
