I compared manually editing robots.txt versus using Cloudflare's Bot Preference Sync and actually ran through both. This feature is worth using, but it depends on your site's traffic structure and budget. It's suitable for small-to-medium sites that are frequently bothered by AI crawlers and don't want to configure each console separately. It's not suitable for people who simply don't care about being crawled—those folks don't need to bother with it anyway.
