Here's my take: NVIDIA talking deals with Rebellions, that Korean AI chip startup, shows the AI chip war has entered its second phase. The landscape for the training market is basically locked down; now everyone's fighting over the inference pie. And seeing NVIDIA treat a small-scale challenger with this level of seriousness? Haven't seen that in the past two years.
