Don't rush to use WorkBuddy; set permissions correctly first

Just saw that Ming Pao article about Tencent's WorkBuddy, stating commercial users pay around $40/month. The comment section is full of people talking about how powerful the features are—writing docs, analyzing data, etc. But let me play devil's advocate: if you don't sort out permissions before starting work, you'll just hit pitfalls later.

Permissions really shouldn't be skipped... I tried opening everything up at first to save trouble, but it misclassified my expense reports and pay slips. Later, I bit the bullet and configured them separately. "Keep the side dishes away from the stove"—that phrase is spot on.
