After testing that AI hiring tool article, I turned resume screening into a pipeline with WorkBuddy

I read that FindTA review. How to put it... the author tried really hard—tested 100 resumes, talked about semantic-level understanding, parsing speed. But after reading it, I just had one feeling: the reviewer probably hasn't actually sat in an HR's seat and been buried under resumes. He was testing whether the tool could parse resumes; what I care about is whether the tool can save me from working overtime.
