AI writing tools feel disconnected; I used WorkBuddy to sort out my small shop's accounts

Saw that Shopify article recommending AI writing tools for 2026, listing a bunch like ClickUp, Grammarly, Rytr, etc. My only takeaway was: way too far removed from my reality. That stuff is for e-commerce folks—writing product descriptions, marketing emails. I run a small stir-fry shop; I barely post a few Moments updates a month. WorkBuddy actually helps me handle those unavoidable messy accounts, that's truly useful.
