WorkBuddy Mangled Statement Recognition—Am I Using It Wrong?

Guys, ran into something annoying today. Started using WorkBuddy last week. It worked great for organizing outbound delivery notes initially, so I thought it was a keeper. But today, when I tried to get it to summarize my pile of reconciliation statements, it crashed and burned.
