It’s clearly for stocking up on the iPhone 18 Pro and their first foldable screen. This is just the usual routine before Apple's fall keynote every year—nothing new.

Hard to say how much this algorithm actually saves, but foldable screen production line scheduling is indeed way more complex than slab phones. Just material kitting and workstation balancing are easy bottlenecks. When you run AI simulations for bonding parameters, do you include production line scheduling factors?
