DeepSeek Harness's plugin architecture: The Android moment for Agents behind its 50k stars

I noticed an interesting detail: the DeepSeek Harness repo hit 20k stars in just 1.5 hours after release, and crossed 50k within 12 hours. What does that mean? Their own R1 took 5.7 days to reach 20k stars. Grok-1 was called 'the fastest ever' because it achieved this extremely quickly, but this time we're measuring in hours. This speed is abnormal; it's no longer explainable by tech circle hype alone.

The idea of emotional curves mentioned by moyan is interesting, but modeling sequential features in biological data also emphasizes context dependency. Calibrating the weight of night scenes in the training set is crucial. Are there any public test sets or benchmarks? Otherwise, model boundaries can only be guessed.

No matter how many plugins there are, people who can't code can only use ready-made ones... I've used WorkBuddy for a week, and just figuring out sentence-by-sentence vs. semantic comparison was already tough enough. A booming plugin ecosystem doesn't really help me...

Disagree. Rapid growth in starred items is different from ecosystem maturity. Last week I tested multi-agent systems over at NEC. Installed a bunch of plugins, but as soon as requirements were slightly vague, they started passing the buck to each other, producing nothing but templated fluff. It's more like Nokia Symbian—stuffing every feature in there looks busy, but we're still far from an 'Android moment' without a real developer ecosystem. Right now, it's barely Toy Story level.
