WorkBuddy's new knowledge base solves my file management pain points

I saw news about WorkBuddy 5.3.11 update today, saying its knowledge base capabilities have been upgraded. It now supports unified management of outputs and assets, with directory and permission controls to manage who can view or edit what. I was recently frustrated by file management, so this really hits the spot. Two weeks ago, I threw a batch of reimbursement forms at WorkBuddy for organization. After processing, it dumped the generated summary table directly into the default directory. I spent a whole day looking for it later and finally found it using file search. At that moment, I thought if this thing could categorize files like shared folders, I wouldn't need to manually archive them in Excel every time.
