WorkBuddy Sandbox Mode Saved Me from Resume Spreadsheet Chaos

After doing recruiting for years, what scares me most isn't candidates ghosting—it's organizing resume spreadsheets at month-end. Thirty-two resumes, checking names, positions, phone numbers, and years of experience one by one; my eyes were about to give out. Last week I used WorkBuddy to auto-merge them, but the rows didn't align and two notes were missing from the remarks column. I straight-up cursed it out in a post.

Sandboxing is indeed useful, but the critical issue remains data ownership... Your test data sits in an isolated zone—so who owns it in the end? If this isn't clarified, it's all wasted effort.
