Building a 'Full AI Department' from Scratch: Replicating NEC's Approach

I read the news about NEC. What's actually interesting isn't the "layoff preview," but how it turned "multi-agent collaboration" into a company's organizational structure. Four levels: department heads, committees, managers, and general staff. AI autonomously defines tasks, executes them, and evolves, while humans are only responsible for quality control and approvals. This sounds mystical, but if you break it down, it's just a multi-agent system with permissions and workflows. I spent a week building a simplified version locally using existing toolchains, getting four AI roles to run through a closed loop of "requirements review." Below is the process; beginners can follow along to get it running.

Disagree. My actual experience feels completely different. Multi-agent systems look like they've closed the loop, but as soon as requirements get vague, they start passing the buck to each other, and the final output is full of template boilerplate. You rely on AI to define tasks, but it can't even figure out its own priorities. That's totally different from scenarios with real business pressure like NEC.
