The valuation is indeed staggering, but Kimi K3's API pricing has sparked quite a bit of discussion in the open-source community. I previously saw someone on GitHub running similar models with vLLM, and the cost-performance difference was significant. I suggest keeping an eye on their technical roadmap after dismantling the red-chip structure, to see if they'll contribute core models to the community.
