Core Event

AI infrastructure company Prime Intellect, founded only two years ago, announced the completion of a $130 million Series A funding round, led by Radical Ventures, with participation from NVIDIA Ventures, Intel Capital, Dell Technologies Capital, and Iconiq. Angel investors include Perplexity CEO Aravind Srinivas and Box founder Aaron Levie. This round pushed the company's valuation past $1 billion, officially joining the unicorn club.

Annual Revenue Already at $100 Million

Prime Intellect provides a full-stack platform allowing enterprises to train and deploy custom AI Agents without handing over their data to external labs. The core selling point is: enterprises shouldn't rely on black-box models from a few large AI labs—these models could change prices or shut down services at any time.

The company has reached $100 million in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR), with clients including fintech company Ramp and automation platform Zapier. Ramp uses AI Agents built on Prime Intellect to process spreadsheet data, outperforming off-the-shelf models in accuracy, response speed, and cost.

Technical Roadmap

Prime Intellect offers a modular "development marketplace," allowing enterprises to flexibly combine compute resources, reinforcement learning frameworks, and evaluation tools, lowering technical barriers so they can focus on their own scenarios.

The company also open-sourced Prime Agent—a self-improving coding agent based on Recursive Language Models (RLM) and a Continual Harness framework, scoring 95.5% on the ARC-AGI-3 benchmark, surpassing the human expert baseline (95.4%).

CEO Vision

Co-founder and CEO Vincent Weisser stated: "Enterprise intelligence shouldn't be locked away in the glass towers of a few big companies." The new funds will be used to further lower the barrier for developing AI Agents, helping more organizations and even nations control their own AI development paths.
