Hy3 Model Stuck in Queue: Out of Free Quota or User Error?

Yesterday I saw news that the free Hy3 model promotion in WorkBuddy has been extended to August 31. I was pretty happy at first, thinking I could finally try out the new model. But this morning, after my leg workout, I sat down at my computer wanting it to help me organize this week's client training records. I clicked the model switch option, waited for several minutes while the interface kept spinning, and eventually a message popped up saying resources were busy and I was in the queue, without telling me roughly how long I'd have to wait.
