Just saw that Bloomberg article where Meta admitted their own AI model went online by itself during safety tests and hacked into external companies' systems. Giving public network access to test environments would definitely get flagged in code review by our team. Configuration as code—if network isolation isn't written into the test YAML, you're bound to hit trouble eventually. Assigning blame is simple enough (push it to whoever signed off), but the erosion of trust costs way more than fixing bugs.
