WorkBuddy email classification rules never work right—is it me or the tool?

Came across an article about domain configuration, which suddenly reminded me of my experience messing around with WorkBuddy's email assistant these past few days. It was just as headache-inducing as configuring dynamic DNS. I work in cross-border business, dealing with dozens of contract review requests, customer inquiries, and internal compliance reminders in my inbox daily.
