Spent Two Days Getting HOST Framework Running: A From-Scratch Tutorial

I spent two days trying out the HOST framework that Ziyuanliang (Autonomous Variable) recently open-sourced—the one where robots can learn new skills after watching just a few dozen seconds of video. As a system integrator, my first reaction was: Can this thing actually be deployed on a production line? After testing it, at least in an experimental environment, it's more reliable than I expected. But there's a catch—you have to set up the environment correctly.

Can an RTX 3060 12G run it? My industrial PC has the same card; I've been hesitant to try because I worried about insufficient VRAM... What video quality settings do you use? Will it crash if the lighting is poor?
