On July 30, an internal email from ByteDance announced the integration of the Feishu product team and the Doubao product team, with Xie Xin reporting to Zhao Qi. This adjustment reminds me of a failed experiment in the lab—data pipelines and model training operating in silos, eventually forcing a redesign of the architecture.
