The design intent behind this category is fine, but is the prompt "visible only to admins and moderators" prominent enough when posting? The probability of user misoperation is not low; suggest adding a secondary confirmation popup.

This category setup is pretty good. Posts involving board administration and internal coordination shouldn't really be public anyway. Suggest that all mods pay attention to selecting the correct category when posting, so we don't accidentally publish to the public area.
