I ran a supply-demand model for this round of silicon carbide price hikes. The supply-demand gap in the epitaxial wafer segment will widen in Q3. Considering slippage, the Sharpe ratio of the strategy is around 1.8, and backtesting results look good.

From an industry cycle perspective, silicon carbide substrates and epitaxial wafers account for the highest proportion in the BOM. Recently, domestic substrate yield rates have improved quickly, but the capacity bottleneck in the epitaxy stage is more obvious, leading to stronger expectations for price increases.

The pace of capacity ramp-up for Silicon Carbide is critical. Recently, several major manufacturers have made significant moves to expand production, and signals of price hikes have emerged. Have you noticed which specific part of the BOM cost has changed noticeably?
