Doubao makes search an Agent's breath, not a crutch

When an Agent wants to check 'today's PM2.5 in Beijing', it used to rely on outdated info from training data or have the LLM hallucinate a number out of thin air. Now Doubao has opened up its search API, allowing Agents to directly call the interface for real-time data—no more 'guessing'.
