Arbitration will take place in Hong Kong, China. Any arbitration award will include arbitration costs, reasonable attorney fees, and reasonable witness expenses. You and the Company may enter an arbitration award in any court of competent jurisdiction.
General Terms
If any provision of these terms is unenforceable as written but can be modified to make it enforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable. Otherwise, that provision shall be deleted.
You may not assign your agreement with the Company. The Company may assign your agreement to any affiliate of the Company, any other company that obtains control of the Company, or any other company that purchases assets related to this forum.
