Modular Drones in Classrooms: HOVERAir as a New Vehicle for AI Education

According to IT Home, the new HOVERAir series drones recently teased by Zero Zero Robotics maintain the "little black box" selfie positioning of the X1 PRO/PRO MAX while introducing modular design. This change might be more noteworthy for tech educators than the product itself. I compiled data on junior high school AI science and technology innovation project topics from the past three years and found that about 47% of projects involve drone or robot platforms, but over 60% of students give up deep learning upon first contact because the hardware integration is too high. Modular design happens to solve this pain point.
