AI Tools Are Just Fingers; Global Expansion Needs a Brain
If you hand a middle schooler a pile of the most advanced math tools—calculators, geometry software, statistical packages—can they automatically solve the hardest problems on the Gaokao? Obviously not. What's truly scarce isn't the tools, but the "problem-solving strategy" that knows when to use which tool, how to combine them, and how to self-adjust based on feedback from the problem. The AI dilemma facing companies going global is strikingly similar.
