Last night, after grinding through LeetCode problem #287, I habitually opened TechCrunch to clear my head. When I saw this news, I froze for a second—Amnon Shashua, the founder of Mobileye, is stepping down as CEO, right when the company is going all-in on robotaxi and robotics businesses. As a fresh grad preparing for AI algorithm interviews, my first thought was: Will this come up in interviews? Thinking about it carefully, this might hide a critical turning point for the entire autonomous driving industry.
