Dual-Layer World Models: The Commercialization Turning Point for Robots from 'Cleaning' to 'Understanding'

Last week at WAIC, a sanitation project manager grabbed me and complained that their newly purchased autonomous street sweepers were "too stupid"—if they encountered people arguing on the roadside, the vehicle would just stop in place because the perception model didn't have a semantic label for "human conflict."
