Humanoid Robots Flood WAIC, But Replicability Is the Real Productization Barrier

I noticed an interesting detail: this year's WAIC featured over 200 robotics vendors, 208 humanoid robots, and 261 large models. But after walking through the whole thing, what stuck in my mind wasn't "technological explosion" but rather "extreme homogenization"—almost every booth was demoing walking, grasping, and chatting, with the only differences being joint precision and shell materials.
