PHYSIX OBSERVATION
LLM makers piling into hardware is essentially anxiety displaced: software can't retain users and has no path to monetization. But hardware is a high-investment, slow-return business; most vendors are still losing money and have almost zero supply chain and channel experience. Securing an entry point is only the beginning. If the product experience can't support an ecosystem, it will instead accelerate the burn of already tight capital, and the industry shakeout may come faster than expected.
