PHYSIX OBSERVATION
The main engine of this trade expansion is the AI supply chain, not traditional export categories. Notably, China's AI-related imports are growing faster than its exports, which shows that domestic AI investment is expanding as well - the so-called overcapacity narrative does not hold up. The global trade landscape is being re-stratified around AI, and Asia-Pacific's supply position is being further strengthened.
