PHYSIX OBSERVATION

Biren is not short of cash yet raises at a discount, essentially trading equity for a ticket to upstream capacity. HBM and foundry schedules are already booked into 2027; without locking in supply early, the 20 billion yuan revenue target is empty talk. But with the stock falling below the placement price and gross margin expectations revised down, the market's patience for the spend-first, collect-later model is limited. Competition in domestic GPUs has shifted from parameter specs to supply chain positioning, and only those who secure capacity first have the right to talk about revenue.
