PHYSIX OBSERVATION
By handing WeCom's account and organizational relationships to WorkBuddy, Tencent is essentially giving AI a lesson in enterprise context. With a C-end paid rate of only 3% and negative gross margins, it is being forced to pivot to the B-end. Competition in AI office tools has escalated from personal productivity to vying for the enterprise workflow entry point; whoever can embed themselves in organizational processes will have pricing power.
