PHYSIX OBSERVATION

Qianwen Office is turning "enterprise context" into the infrastructure for Agent deployment, and DingTalk's simultaneous commercial release shows Alibaba is pushing Agents from demos onto enterprise procurement lists. Data access and system integration are the real barriers, and the addition of SAP and Salesforce fills that gap. For users, digital employees now come with a price tag, but whether they truly understand the business still needs to be verified.
