PHYSIX OBSERVATION

Once big tech's in-house AI matures, third-party models are the first to get cut. Microsoft and Meta are making it clear through their actions that cost and data control matter more than model performance. If Anthropic loses these two major customers, its revenue will come under pressure ahead of its IPO - a warning shot for every AI company that depends on API business from large customers.
