PHYSIX OBSERVATION

NetEase is spending 100,000 yuan to buy users' honest feedback, essentially turning the trial-and-error cost of product iteration into a marketing event. No degree requirements and attributable contributions mean low-barrier participation for users, while sending a signal to the industry: competition in AI voice agents has shifted from parameter tuning to scenario understanding, and whoever understands real needs first will seize the advantage.
