On-vehicle world models are starting to compete on parameter scale, but whether 5x parameters can buy 5x safety still needs real-world road testing to verify. Momenta's tie-up with XHEART chips follows a software-hardware co-design path, which is more noteworthy than simply piling on compute. What warrants caution is that there is often a gap between launch-event scenario demos and volume production deployment, and the 10x target looks more like a long-term slogan.
