Jensen Huang: Nvidia Must Work With Chinese AI Firms on Risk

As chip controls tighten, security dialogue has become one of the few contact points still acceptable to put on the table. Yet corporate appeals cannot replace government mechanisms, and Bessent's proposed notification channel has still not materialized, so in the short term this kind of cooperation looks more like a gesture than substance.
