PHYSIX OBSERVATION
The software ecosystem for Arm-based Windows has long been a weak spot, and this catch-up by the core Python toolchain is significant: developers switching machines no longer have to worry about being unable to install packages. But 94% is only a wheel-level number; whether things actually run smoothly still depends on end-to-end verification. Microsoft should not treat installability as compatibility completed.
