HP Unveils EliteBoard G2a Keyboard PC with Ryzen AI PRO 400

KEY FACTS

HP's official website has listed the second-generation keyboard PC, the EliteBoard G2a.
The new model upgrades its processor to the AMD Gorgon Point platform.
Processor options include the Ryzen AI 7 PRO 450 and Ryzen AI 5 PRO 435.
The device reuses the previous generation's chassis and ships with a pre-paired wireless mouse.
It can be configured with a 32Wh battery and an integrated fingerprint reader.

PHYSIX OBSERVATION

Keyboard PCs are a niche category, and HP's persistence in iterating shows there is still demand in enterprise office scenarios. With the AI PRO processor upgrade, local AI capability could become a selling point, but the unchanged chassis and just 32Wh battery limit mobility. This looks more like a routine refresh and is unlikely to move the mainstream market.
