PHYSIX OBSERVATION
The Cybercab seat redesign looks like a small matter, but it is actually a signal that Tesla is rapidly iterating hardware using test-ride questionnaires: run a small-scale service first to collect feedback, then change the design and expand to more cities. For users this is good news, showing that robotaxis are starting to compete on ride experience rather than only on autonomous driving. But the seat change also means early vehicles may face a hardware gap, and OTA cannot fix seats.
